From Mobile Treatment to ACT Fidelity
We are proud to announce that our Mobile Treatment Team has officially achieved ACT Fidelity Status, marking the successful completion of a rigorous review process.
ACT, or Assertive Community Treatment, is an evidence-based model of care designed for individuals living with serious mental illness. ACT programs provide most services directly in the community through a multidisciplinary team, offer 24/7 crisis support, and keep caseloads small so clients receive intensive, personalized care.
“ACT Fidelity” means our program has been evaluated and found to follow the ACT model exactly as intended. This is significant because research shows that ACT, when implemented with high fidelity, helps people remain in stable housing, avoid hospitalization, and improve overall quality of life.
Earning ACT Fidelity Status confirms that our Mobile Treatment Team is delivering the highest standard of care and meeting best-practice guidelines. It also represents the culmination of months of dedication, training, and hard work from our staff to meet every requirement in the review process. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their commitment, collaboration, and passion in making this achievement possible.
