Celebrating Our 2026 Caliber Award Recipients

Crossroads Community, Inc. and Corsica River Mental Health Services are proud to celebrate members of our staff who were recognized at the 2026 Caliber Awards. The Caliber Awards are an annual invitation-only event honoring local organizations and individuals for their contributions to the public behavioral health system in the Mid-Shore region. This year, individuals from Crossroads and Corsica River were recognized for their compassion, dedication, and commitment to supporting people in their wellness and recovery journeys.

 

Congratulations to the following award recipients:

Brian Lambert received the Mary Beth Brennaman Award, which recognizes an outstanding individual who demonstrates unconditional commitment and passion for the mission and vision of their organization. This award honors someone who brings sincere compassion to the people served, along with humor, generosity, spirit, and an outstanding attitude in the workplace.

Laura Christ received the Consumer Empowerment Award, which recognizes an individual who fosters empowerment through the promotion of wellness and recovery. This award honors someone who supports others in improving their health and wellness, living self-directed lives, and reaching their fullest potential.

 

Several others were also recognized through the Special Recognition categories:

JaKeira Holliday received the Unsung Hero Award.

Kaitlyn Cardwell received the Wellness & Recovery Award.

Samantha Hogan received the Peer Support Award.

 

We are grateful for the dedication, compassion, and commitment shown by each of these award recipients. Their recognition reflects the meaningful work happening every day across Crossroads and Corsica River, and the shared commitment to helping hope happen across the communities we serve.
