2025 5K: A Rainy Start, But a Powerful Finish

On May 4, 2025, runners, walkers, and wellness supporters gathered for our annual 5K event. Just as participants reached the starting line, the rain began to fall, but the weather didn’t dampen the energy or the spirit of the day.

Participants powered through the course with determination and a lot of heart. From splashing through puddles to smiling in soaked sneakers, everyone showed incredible resilience and enthusiasm. It was a beautiful reminder of the strength and support that drives our mission forward.

This 5K also marked a meaningful milestone. It was our final event held under the names Crossroads Community and Corsica River. As we prepare to move forward with a new, unified identity, we’re grateful to have celebrated this transition surrounded by such an amazing community.

A special thank you goes out to the Rebel Legion, who surprised us with two Jedi guests that brought smiles, selfies, and a little extra Force to the event.
